Role Description

1. Digital Marketing
  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns for product promotion and brand awareness.
  • Manage website traffic, SEO, Google Business Profile, and lead generation activities.
  • Run paid ads on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Handle email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate content creation for banners, blogs, videos, and product promotions.
  • Improve online visibility and conversions.
2. Social Media & Content Promotion
  • Manage Meta Facebook, Meta Instagram, LinkedIn LinkedIn, YouTube YouTube, and WhatsApp Business promotions.
  • Create reels, posts, product launches, festive offers, and engagement campaigns.
  • Grow followers, inquiries, and customer engagement.
3. Sales & Business Development
  • Generate D2C and B2C sales through digital channels.
  • Convert online leads into confirmed orders.
  • Contact retailers, distributors, corporate buyers, gift buyers, and institutions.
  • Build reseller / dealer / channel partner network.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and order targets.
4. Marketplace & E-commerce Support
  • Upload and manage products on website / marketplaces.
  • Optimize listings, pricing, keywords, and product descriptions.
  • Monitor reviews and customer feedback.
5. Reporting & Analytics
  • Track ROI of campaigns, CPL, conversions, traffic, and sales.
  • Maintain daily reports for leads, inquiries, and sales closures.
  • Suggest growth strategies based on analytics.
Required Skills
  • Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, Ads, Lead Generation)
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Graphic tools knowledge: Canva / Adobe Photoshop
  • Excel / CRM handling
  • Good communication in Hindi & English
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
Qualification
  • Graduate / MBA / BBA / Marketing preferred
  • 1–4 years experience in Digital Marketing / Sales
Salary Structure
  • ₹22,000 – ₹40,000 + Incentives + TA/DA + Performance Bonus
