As a Digital Engineering Product Lifecycle Management - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to drive innovation and efficiency in product development and manufacturing processes. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and deliver tailored solutions that enhance operational performance. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and navigate ambiguity to deliver quality work. You will also guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.

Responsibilities
- Managing product lifecycle processes to enhance operational efficiency and product quality
- Developing and implementing product strategies that align with market trends and client needs
- Conducting feasibility studies and manufacturing cost analysis to support product development initiatives
- Utilizing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize production processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product ideation and roadmap execution
- Overseeing procurement and supply chain management to validate timely delivery of materials and components
- Leading process documentation and simulation efforts to improve operational workflows
- Analyzing market trends and emerging technologies to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Supporting project resource management to align with organizational goals and client expectations
- Embracing change and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Demonstrating proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management
- Utilizing Lean Manufacturing techniques for process improvement
- Conducting comprehensive Manufacturing Cost Analysis
- Developing innovative Product Strategies and Roadmaps
- Managing complex Supply Chain Operations effectively
- Excelling in Operations Management and Strategy
- Embracing Emerging Technologies for product innovation
