Mitosis is seeking a digital designer with an eye for contemporary and modern design trends and interactions for international corporations and diverse clients.

Ultimately, you will ideate, concept, design, and deliver best-in-class digital executions for our diverse client base. This position is NOT attached to a specific client, but rather a position where you will collaborate seamlessly across Mitosis.

Qualifications:

• Graphic and Digital Design Experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of design principles and best practices
• Digital advertising design and creation experience, static and motion
• Experience in fluid, responsive email design
• Experience in fluid responsive digital and web design experience
• Deep understanding of color theory
• Understanding of project management and ticketing systems
• Ability to seamlessly collaborate across functions with technical and creative colleagues
• Understanding of enterprise business systems, no need to manage, but a need to understand products like Chatbots, CRMs, Mailing Systems, Social Systems, and ERPs.
• Ability to self-manage time, and time tracking
• Experience and demonstration of proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Fresco, InDesign, XD, Lightroom, Animate, PowerPoint, Keynote, Word, Slack, Acrobat, Wordpress and MacOS Systems
• Preferred experience in Unbounce, Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager, Swipe Pages, Account Based Marketing Design Systems

Responsibilities:

• Ideate and develop visual display ad campaigns
• Ideate and develop visual designs for websites, microsites, landers, and ABM personalized campaign visuals
• Develop branding and visual style guide design support
• Ideate and develop unique, progressive, and contemporary visual designs for presentations, web, touch-interaction, and emails
• Designs will need to incorporate use of stock photography assets, proprietary photography assets, typographic elements, illustrative design elements, and full graphic executions

This position will sit within the creative design team, reporting to the Director of Creative Services at Mitosis.
