Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Specialist. The Specialist will focus on identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, and building strong client relationships. Daily tasks will include developing and implementing business development strategies, analyzing market trends, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with business objectives. The role also emphasizes effective communication and seamless customer service to support client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to identify opportunities and drive data-driven decision-making
  • Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage clients professionally
  • Experience in Lead Generation and knowledge of building a customer pipeline
  • Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities
  • Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and build long-term relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role is a strong advantage
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
