Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmadabad for a Digital Content & Growth Executive. The role involves creating and managing engaging web content, strategizing and executing social media campaigns, and implementing content strategies to drive online growth. Key responsibilities also include monitoring digital trends, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
• Create high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content (posts, reels, stories, info-graphics, and videos).
• Monitor analytics and campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends to keep the brand ahead.
• Support paid ad campaigns to maximize reach and conversion.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and posts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in designing, content & social media marketing.
• Strong proficiency in design creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro etc.).
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools
• Basic understanding of financial products or interest in finance is a plus.
• Highly creative with a data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.
