Digital Content Associate

We are looking for a Digital Content Associate with copywriting and social media management skills to join our Marketing & Communications team and enrich our website and social media with compelling storytelling.

The role responsibilities will include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types (blog articles, social media captions and posting, product descriptions, email marketing, ad copies), proofreading before publication, and managing posts.

Ultimately, we are looking for someone who will be able to deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, align with our brand storytelling and boost brand awareness.

Please note: This is a full-time, in-office position, not a remote working role.

What you'll do:

• Understand customer needs through research and develop appropriate content to address the former
• Develop narratives that effectively communicate the brand’s values and key messages
• Collaborate with the team to produce engaging, on-brand written content for our social media channels, website, ad copies and email communications
• Prepare creative and technically accurate product descriptions, collection notes, and press releases for circulation
• Prepare well-researched and original blog articles
• Manage social media posts
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
• Ensure all-around consistency on social media (style, fonts, images, and tone)

Who you are:

• You have a Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with a few years of experience in Fashion Management, Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, BA English, MA English, or a Related Field
• Minimum of 2 years of equivalent and proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, Social media manager, or similar role
• You have a demonstrated interest in the business of fashion, luxury and arts
• You have excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, with high attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting errors
• You are passionate about communication and storytelling
• You are creative, yet disciplined in your approach and ready to take initiative
• Prior experience in creating targeted communications is a plus
