Position Title: DH -Mechanical Predictive Hiring

Location: IU - Rawan Cement Works - Township Location (Also Available for pan India)

Designation: Assistant General Manager

Job Description

• Ensure continuous operation & end to end plant availability to achieve the budgeted production with utmost safety, optimum cost and power.
• Ensure qualitative and safety maintenance breakdown and shutdown.
• Lead safety agenda and ensure implementation of safety standards.
• Plan, organize and monitor maintenance activities for optimum plant availability in Mechanical discipline as per the targets to meet production requirement.
• Continuous Improvement: Study and recommend Capex jobs for equipment upgradation/debottlenecking to improve plant availability and productivity.
• Coordinate, organize & monitor effective implementation of International Management System and other systems for improvement of productivity and creating safe work culture
• Improving the Maintenance KPI’s through implementation of Preventive Maintenance Strategies
