Job Title: DevOps Lead Engineer? Experience: 8+ Years? Location: Chennai (Work from Office) Job Summary:? We're looking for a DevOps Lead Engineer with 8+ years of experience to lead and manage? our cloud infrastructure and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in? Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, and Helm, with a strong background in automating deployments,? improving CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring infrastructure scalability and reliability. Certifications in? both Azure and AWS are mandatory. Key Responsibilities:? ? Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust CI/CD pipelines.? ? Manage and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and other Kubernetes clusters.? ? Create, maintain, and manage Helm charts for efficient Kubernetes deployments.? ? Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)? principles.? ? Ensure high availability, security, and performance of cloud environments across Azure and? AWS.? ? Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.? ? Enforce and monitor compliance, security best practices, and cloud governance policies.? ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote DevOps culture and drive engineering? excellence.? ? Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers and participate in technical decision-making .? Required Skills & Qualifications: ? 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Automation.? ? Expertise in Azure and AWS cloud platforms, including services like AKS, EKS, networking,? and identity management.? ? Mandatory certifications:? o Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or equivalent? o AWS Certified DevOps Engineer ? Professional or equivalent? ? Strong proficiency in Kubernetes (K8s) and Helm charts for container orchestration.? ? Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.? ? Solid experience with Docker, container registries, and orchestration practices.? ? In-depth knowledge of cloud security, networking, and governance best practices.? ? Experience with Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation for infrastructure? automation.? ? Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
