Project Role : DevOps Engineer Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats. Must have skills : DevOps Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure. A typical day involves utilizing your knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment, as well as cloud technologies and container orchestration. You will also focus on ensuring the security of systems while building and testing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, contributing to a seamless development process. Job title: Release Engineer Location: Pune, India Experience: 6-10 years Release Engineer Key Responsibilities: o Support CI/CD Pipelines: Assist in managing and improving CI/CD pipelines for various applications, ensuring efficient and automated build, test, and deployment processes. o Automation: Work on scripting and automating routine tasks such as code deployments, server provisioning, and configuration management. o Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor build and deployment processes, identify and troubleshoot issues, and ensure the stability of the release process. o Collaboration: Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of new software releases. o Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for release processes, configurations, and deployment instructions. o Environment Management: Assist in managing and maintaining development, staging, and production environments. o Configuration Management: Support the use of configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef to ensure consistency across environments. Must Haves : o Basic Knowledge of CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure-DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar. o Scripting Skills: Experience with scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell. o Version Control: Understanding of version control systems like Git. o Operating Systems: Familiarity with Linux/Unix-based operating systems. Nice to Have: o Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. o Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Helm Charts o Basic understanding of networking, DNS, and load balancing. o Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. - Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm. - Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
