Job Title: Sales Lead – SaaS Demos & Closures
Location: Vizag (Revidd Office)
Experience: 2–6 years
Type: Full-time
Role Summary
We are looking for a sharp, driven Sales Lead who lives and breathes SaaS selling. This role is for someone who can confidently run product demos, handle objections, build urgency, and close deals. You should be hungry for commissions, serious about targets, and excited to grow inside a fast-moving AI video tech company.
What You’ll Do
• Own product demos for qualified inbound and outbound leads
• Understand Revidd’s platform deeply and communicate value clearly
• Handle objections and move prospects towards closure
• Work closely with SDRs to improve demo-to-close conversion
• Maintain clean CRM updates and accurate forecasting
• Build strong relationships with broadcasters, OTT platforms, and content companies
• Hit monthly revenue targets consistently
Who You Are
• 2–6 years of experience selling SaaS products
• Strong experience running live demos (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
• Comfortable speaking to founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers
• Money-motivated with a strong commission mindset
• Disciplined, self-driven, and accountable
• Good communication (English mandatory)
• Experience in media, OTT, or video tech is a strong plus
What Success Looks Like
• High demo-to-close conversion
• Strong pipeline contribution every month
• Deals closed without heavy founder dependency
• Deep product understanding within 30 days
