Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Specialist located in Halol. The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and resolving issues with desktop computers and printers, and performing desk top support tasks. The role includes handling technical support queries, maintaining system functionality, and ensuring efficient operation of IT infrastructure on a daily basis. Qualifications Skills in Desktop Computers and Desk Top Support Technical Support and Troubleshooting experience Printer Support proficiency Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Ability to work independently on-site Relevant certifications and a degree in a related field is a plus
