Job Summary

:Looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer (L1) with a minimum of 4 years of experience to provide end-user technical support, troubleshoot desktop and Microsoft 365 issues, and perform L1 networking support. The candidate should possess strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve technical issues within defined SLA timelines


.
Key Responsibilitie

s:•Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral

s.•Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating system

s.•Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Offic

e.•Create and manage users in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra I

D.•Reset passwords, configure MFA, manage shared mailboxes, and assign Microsoft 365 license

s.•Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP connectivity issue

s.•Install software, drivers, updates, and security patche

s.•Maintain IT asset inventory and documentatio

n.•Handle incidents and service requests using ticketing tools while meeting SLA target

s.•Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support team
