This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Designer & Sales (Interior) professional. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, creating customized interior designs, providing expert advice, and executing kitchen and bath designs. You will also be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and delivering an exceptional customer service experience while maintaining brand standards.

• Proficiency in Interior Design with expertise in Kitchen & Bath Design
• Strong communication and customer service skills for client interaction and satisfaction
• Experience and skillsets in sales, with the ability to meet targets and drive business growth
• Keen attention to detail, creativity in design, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Practical experience in the interior design field is a plus
