Design Verification (DV) Lead

Role Description

• Lead end-to-end verification activities for IP, Subsystem, and SoC-level designs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans aligned with project requirements.
• Architect, develop, and maintain UVM-based verification environments and reusable verification components.
• Perform functional verification using SystemVerilog, Assertions (SVA), constrained random methodologies, and functional coverage.
• Analyze simulation results, debug complex design issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Drive regression planning, execution, and closure while maintaining verification quality metrics.
• Mentor and guide verification engineers through technical reviews and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Architecture, Physical Design, DFT, and Software teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Participate in technical discussions, customer interactions, and project planning activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in ASIC/SoC Design Verification.
• Strong expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM verification methodology.
• Experience with Assertions (SVA), Functional Coverage, and Constrained Random Verification.
• Solid understanding of AMBA protocols such as AXI, AHB, and APB.
• Exposure to high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, USB, Ethernet, MIPI, or similar protocols is preferred.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, communication, and leadership skills.
