Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Reliability Engineer and drive innovation in product design! We're looking for a passionate professional to revolutionize our manufacturing processes and reliability initiatives.

What will you do:

Lead Technical Leaders and Solution Architects through the SE 'Design for Safety and Reliability' (DfSR) process
Develop mission profiles for new opportunities
Support the creation of P-Diagrams and DFMEAs for new designs
Advise in creation and execution of Risk Mitigation actions
Report weekly on DfSR activity status and escalate risks

What will make you successful:

Proven track record in reliability engineering and design for manufacturing
Strong technical expertise in engineering power distribution and energy storage systems
Demonstrated ability to optimize production processes and resolve complex manufacturing challenges
Knowledge of quality control methodologies
Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and project management

Who you will report to:

Technical Execution Leader

Qualifications:

Technical engineering degree or equivalent preferred
5+ years of experience preferred
