We're Hoomans, a small team that builds and maintains multiple live products. Real products. Real users. Real design problems that don't have clean, obvious answers. We're looking for someone who gets excited by that, not intimidated.

How we think about design

We believe taste is a weapon. Not a vibe, not an aesthetic preference. A weapon. The sharpest tool in the room when used right. At Hoomans, taste is what separates good design from design that actually moves people. It's how we make decisions, push back on mediocrity, and build products we're proud of.

We're looking for someone who's already armed.

What's the gig?

You'll be working across product design and motion design on projects we own and actively maintain. This isn't a "make social media posts and watch" internship. You'll be in the thick of it, shaping how things look, feel, and move on products that are already out in the world.

You might be our person if

• Design lives in your head rent-free
• You have taste and you know how to use it
• Your portfolio shows how you think, not just how things turned out
• You're from any background — college student, self-taught, career switcher — none of that matters to us
• You can show up, in person, at our Kochi office for the full stretch
