The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and creative execution, helping our team transform technical digital marketing expertise into high-performing campaigns, viral ideas, and impactful brand storytelling.

- Identify trending marketing opportunities, formats, and campaign styles.
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to align creative strategies with campaign goals.
- Create unique campaign concepts and big marketing ideas for brands.
- Develop creative directions for advertisements, including social media ads, reels, and video campaigns.
- Brainstorm and propose innovative campaign formats that drive engagement and conversions.
- Write or supervise the creation of ad scripts, storytelling formats, and creative content ideas.
- Develop hooks, ad angles, and messaging strategies for campaigns.
- Guide content teams in producing compelling brand narratives.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, viral campaigns, and digital culture.
- Analyze competitor marketing strategies and identify opportunities for clients.
- Bring fresh campaign formats inspired by global brands and emerging platforms.
- Participate in client strategy meetings and present creative campaign ideas.
- Translate client business objectives into effective marketing narratives and campaigns.
- Provide marketing insights that strengthen the agency’s strategic offerings.
- Work closely with designers, video editors, content creators, and ad managers.
- Lead brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and content directions.
- Guide the creative team to maintain high-quality marketing output.
- Strong understanding of modern digital marketing and brand storytelling
- Experience in creative campaign development
- Excellent copywriting and scriptwriting skills
- Ability to identify viral content opportunities
- Knowledge of social media platforms, ad formats, and consumer psychology
- Strong research and trend analysis capability
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and creatively at the same time
- 3+ years in creative marketing, brand strategy, or advertising
- Experience working in digital marketing agencies or advertising agencies
