This is a full-time, on-site position for a Design Coordinator based in Chennai. The Design Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating design projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, facilitating communication between design teams and stakeholders, and reviewing design deliverables for quality compliance. The role will involve managing design workflows, providing input on creative direction, supporting documentation requirements, and resolving design challenges efficiently in collaboration with internal and external teams.

• Strong understanding and practical experience in design coordination, including project planning and timeline management
• Skills in collaborating with architects, designers, consultants, and contractors
• Proficiency in reviewing design drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to ensure clear and effective collaboration among all stakeholders
• Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to architecture or construction
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address design or technical challenges as they arise
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in design coordination, particularly in real estate or construction, is a plus
