At BLLIIS by Ravissant, we believe in combining advanced medical aesthetics with exceptional client care. We are looking for an experienced Dermatologist & Cosmetologist who is passionate about delivering outstanding clinical outcomes while creating a premium client experience.

Job description

• Conduct comprehensive dermatology and cosmetology consultations.
• Diagnose and treat skin, hair, and scalp conditions using evidence-based clinical practices.
• Perform advanced aesthetic procedures, including:
• Botox
• Dermal Fillers
• Skin Boosters
• PRP Therapy
• Laser Treatments
• Chemical Peels
• Microneedling
• Thread Lifts
• Other non-surgical aesthetic procedures
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs and desired outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and follow-up protocols.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient safety, hygiene, and ethical clinical practice.
• Work closely with the salon and wellness teams to deliver a seamless luxury client experience.
• Educate clients on treatment options, skincare routines, and post-procedure care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements, technologies, and global trends in aesthetic medicine.

• Achieve monthly revenue and treatment targets.
• Maintain exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure clinical compliance and accurate documentation.

Preferred Candidate profile:

• PMBBS with MD/DNB/Diploma in Dermatology (or equivalent qualification).
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in clinical dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
• Hands-on expertise in injectables, lasers, and advanced cosmetic procedures.
• Strong communication and consultation skills.
• Client-centric approach with a passion for luxury aesthetics.
• Professional, ethical, and committed to continuous learning.
