Role Description
This is a full-time, team handling on-site role for a Deputy Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Deputy Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are met. Responsibilities also include training and supporting the sales team, preparing sales reports, and tracking performance metrics. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to streamline operations and deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong Customer Relationship Management and client servicing skills
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Strategic thinking with Data Analysis and Market Research capabilities
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Leadership and Team Management skills to coach and guide sales teams effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Familiarity with the Hyderabad market and industry is preferred
