Deputy Medical Superintendent

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Deputy Medical Superintendent at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. The position entails overseeing hospital operations, ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare services, improving hospital processes, and maintaining compliance with medical and regulatory standards. The Deputy Medical Superintendent will coordinate between the administrative and medical staff, optimize resource utilization, and support in implementing policies that enhance patient care. Qualifications

·        Must have Registration with Delhi Medical Council.

·        In-depth understanding of hospital operations, healthcare management, and medical protocols.

·        Strong leadership and team management skills.

·        Proficiency in compliance with healthcare regulations and policy implementation.

·        Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

·        Analytical and organizational skills to identify and solve operational challenges.

·        Educational qualifications such as an MD/DNB in Hospital Administration.
