Job Description: Business Analyst

Open positions:

• Assistant Vice President (11-15 years’ experience), Data Warehouse (Banking)

Job Purpose:

The Business Analyst will participate in a data warehouse renewal project.

The Assistant Vice President works as a key member, executing data mapping, supporting documentation, and practical project activities under the direction of the Vice President.

Key Accountability:

• Stakeholder Coordination

· Coordinate and confirm requirements with business users and IT; support requirement clarification, impact analysis, and documentation.

• Business Requirement and Data Mapping Coordination

· Collect information from business users and IT specialists as instructed, organize and document details, prepare drafts, support gap analysis and mapping documentation, escalate issues as needed, ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Documentation and Quality Control

· Prepare, review, and update data mapping documentation and related project materials.

· Support the compilation of project documentation and maintain consistency of deliverables.

• Risk and Issue Management

· Identify project risks, impacts, and issues; propose solutions and contingency plans.

• User Support and Knowledge Transfer

· Promote standardization of deliverables and knowledge sharing within the team. Assist in end-user adoption activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in handling data related to loans, trade finance, deposits, markets, and remittances in departments in charge of regulatory reporting, such as accounting or risk management, with responsibility for various regulatory reporting tasks.
• Experience in banking roles involving data alignment, mapping, or documentation for information systems (DWH/data mart).
• Hands-on DWH/data mart/EUC or BI tool experience (business or IT side).
• Experience collaborating across business and IT teams; strong skills in documentation.

Preferred skills and personal attributes:

• Experience in DWH system renewal, requirements definition, or data migration projects.
• Strong analytical skills, reliability, attention to detail, ownership of assigned tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proactive learner and team player.
