Job Title: Deputy Manager/Manager (Maintenance)

Full-Time with Client

Location: Nilakottai (Dindigul District, Tamil Nadu)

Industry: FMCG/ Food Manufacturing

Experience: 8 to 10 years in maintenance (FMCG /Manufacturing preferred)

Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in Electrical& Electronics Engineering

C License (mandatory)

Key responsibilities:

•Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and utilities

•Ensure minimal downtime and smooth plant operations

•Diagnose faults and implement effective troubleshooting solutions

•Lead and supervise maintenance team

•Coordinate with production team for operational efficiency

•Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance

•Implement continuous improvement initiatives for equipment performance
