What will you do:
- Lead and manage multiple small-scale package projects and service initiatives, coordinating directly with customers and back-office operations
- Oversee complete project lifecycle from order preparation through financial close-out, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery
- Develop comprehensive work plans, schedules, and resource estimates while conducting thorough risk analysis
- Monitor project progress against established milestones and budgets, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and manage vendor integration when applicable
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical field, or related discipline
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Proven track record of delivering results in a technical environment
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
