Job Purpose

This position will manage the inbound and outbound campaigns for Sal PL Prime. Duties And Responsibilities

Managing Inbound and Outbound Campaigns for Sal PL Prime Call Centers
Achieving feed targets and managing campaign waterfall metrics
Liase with COE and Marketing to execute campaigns
Monitor & measure key conversion, productivity & data penetration metrics
Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
