This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager Sales Marketing based in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing sales operations, developing strategic business plans to drive revenue, and cultivating strong relationships with customers. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, designing targeted marketing campaigns, and ensuring exceptional customer service to meet organizational objectives.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data and identify trends
• Proficiency in Business Planning and creating strategic sales and marketing plans
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability in Customer Service and managing client relationships effectively
• Experience in Sales Operations and achieving sales targets
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in manufacturing or similar industries is advantageous
