Deputy Manager/ Manager- SQA - Air Cooler

1. To monitor Supplier performance on monthly & YY basis & guide SQE team accordingly.
2. To carryout gap analysis & initiate CAPA aligning the SQA targets.
3. To monitor & control nonconformance in components at supplier.
4. To promote quality awareness among suppliers
5. To ensure cross functional coordination for resolution of quality issues reported in plant.
6. To plan & execute meetings with suppliers on monthly basis.
7. To plan the strategic road map to improve supplier performance.
8. To Freeze & achieve department objective linking to plant objectives.
