Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Manesar. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client needs, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve tracking sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing timely reports to the management team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring sustained business relationships.

Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- Experience and expertise in customer relationship management and account management
- Analytical skills to track sales performance, generate client reports, and identify business opportunities
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and its operations is a strong advantage
- Proficient in using CRM software and Excel for tracking and reporting purposes
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in a client-facing role is strongly preferred
