Job Description

Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting, and periodic forecasting for the international business across multiple geographies and consolidate financial plans for leadership review
Analyse performance vs AOP and latest forecasts across countries, highlighting leading and lagging KPIs and actionable insights
Prepare MIS, dashboards, and performance reports for senior management and ensure timely circulation to stakeholders for strategic decision-making
Partner with business and country leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, pricing strategies, and investment decisions
Track and analyse performance of other OTA players, including financials, market positioning, and operating metrics, to support potential merger and acquisition (M&A) evaluations
Conduct periodic market research on the OTA sector, including funding activity, M&A transactions, and major strategic developments across SEA and LATAM
Perform cohort, sensitivity, repeat, retention, and profitability analyses, along with other ad-hoc analytical work as required
