Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Deputy General Manager – FP&A to strengthen our finance team.

This role will play a key part in building and maintaining financial dashboards using Power BI and Tableau, structuring financial data, generating/ developing automated financial reports, and developing workflows that streamline financial reporting while delivering actionable insights to leadership. The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with business, operations, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Data Automation & Dashboarding

• Drive automation of financial reporting and data workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Build interactive financial dashboards and reporting frameworks using Power BI, Power Query, Tableau and other visualization tools.
• Enable leadership teams with real-time data visibility and performance metrics.

Data Structuring & Financial Data Management

• Design and maintain structured financial data frameworks to improve reporting accuracy and accessibility.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and governance across systems.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Preparation of management reporting, financial analysis, and business performance tracking.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and business performance evaluation.

Business Analytics & Decision Support

• Conduct deep-dive financial and operational analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support Finance leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Develop analytical models to support business strategy and operational improvements.

Process Optimization & Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Implement best practices in reporting, analytics, and financial data management.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial planning, reporting, and analytics processes.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with cross-functional teams including business, operations, strategy, and leadership.
• Communicate financial insights effectively to senior stakeholders and business teams.

Must have experience:

• Proven experience in Power BI and Tableau for financial dashboard development
• Strong experience in financial data structuring and reporting automation
• Strong capabilities in in driving data automation and developing financial dashboard and support strategic discussions with clear data-driven analysis and structured financial insights.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, financial analytics, or corporate finance roles
• Strong exposure to data analytics, reporting automation, and dashboard development
• Strong executive presence, structured thinking, and communication skills
