Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Deputy General Manager at Smartworld Developers. The Deputy General Manager will oversee project execution, team management, and effective communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities include strategy development, performance monitoring, cost management, and adherence to timelines while ensuring top-notch quality standards. The role demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and project management to deliver innovative solutions and achieve business targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project Management, Team Leadership, and Stakeholder Engagement
• Skills in Strategic Planning, Budgeting, and Execution of large-scale real estate projects
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Design departments
• Strong expertise in Process Optimization, Quality Assurance, and Adherence to Regulatory Compliance
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in utilizing advanced technologies and tools for project tracking and reporting
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in a relevant field, with at least 10+ years of experience in real estate or a related industry
• Exposure to high-end real estate projects and pan-India operations is advantageous
