Deputy Director – Talent and Career Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and implementing strategies for onboarding industry partners and organizations
• Develop and manage relationships with corporates, HR leaders, and industry experts
• Facilitate industry-academia collaborations including expert sessions, workshops, and value-added programs
• Support development of industry-driven skill development initiatives and Centres of Excellence (CoEs)
• Coordinate with academic departments to align industry engagement with curriculum and student requirements
• Track and monitor activities conducted by industry experts including teaching, mentoring, and research contributions
• Collect and analyze feedback from students and departments to assess effectiveness of initiatives
• Maintain documentation for institutional processes, audits, and accreditation requirements
• Prepare reports and analytics related to talent development and industry engagement
• Ensure timely execution of initiatives and achievement of defined targets

Qualifications & Eligibility:

• Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university (Ph.D. preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in academia, industry, or academic/corporate administration
• Experience in industry-academia collaboration, training, or career development initiatives will be preferred
