This is a full-time, on-site position based at our campus in Mandi Gobindgarh. As the Deputy Director Academics, you will oversee curriculum design, faculty development, and implementation of academic policies. Key responsibilities include managing academic programs, monitoring teaching quality, and ensuring adherence to accreditation standards. You will collaborate with department heads, support student engagement initiatives, and contribute to strategic academic planning to maintain excellence across all programs.

• Proven expertise in academic management, curriculum planning, and faculty development
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Familiarity with accreditation processes and higher education standards
• Ability to analyze data for quality assessment and optimize academic performance
• Proficiency in using educational technologies and tools
• Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Education, Management, or a relevant discipline
• Experience in a senior academic role and demonstrated track record in implementing successful academic programs
