Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Deputy Chief of Staff. The Deputy Chief of Staff will support the Chief of Staff in managing organizational priorities, driving cross-functional projects, and ensuring efficient communication between teams and leaders. Key responsibilities include strategic planning and execution, preparing presentations and reports, reviewing and streamlining processes, coordinating schedules, and facilitating operational efficiency across departments. The role also involves supporting senior leadership in decision-making and acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and ensure timely delivery
• Strategic planning and execution capabilities to help drive business priorities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to generate insights and formulate action plans
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments to strengthen coordination and build relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent degree is preferred
• Experience in the automotive or service industry is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
