Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced AEM Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) based projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in AEM and Java, coupled with proven expertise in delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and project planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of AEM projects ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
• Drive project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and risk management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and business stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance on AEM architecture, components, workflows, and integrations
• Ensure adherence to best practices in AEM, Java, and web development
• Manage client communication, status reporting, and escalation handling
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve high performance

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Solid hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, and web technologies
• Proven experience in delivery management / project management roles
• Strong understanding of AEM Sites, Assets, Templates, Workflows, and OSGi framework
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Good to Have

• AEM certifications
• Experience with cloud deployments (Adobe Cloud / AWS / Azure)
• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
