Work From Office Role Overview: We are seeking a highly driven Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will excel at managing cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of technical projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-delivery support. Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure successful, timely, and high-quality project execution. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements, plan projects, and manage delivery expectations. Implement and enforce best practices in project governance, risk management, and client communication. Track project KPIs, budgets, and timelines, proactively addressing risks or delays. Preferred Technical Exposure: Java , .NET , and Microsoft Technologies Strong understanding of enterprise software development practices, cloud platforms, and modern delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum). Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven track record in technical project/delivery management with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.
