Inviting applications for Delivery Leader-Life Insurance based in NCR

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional deal teams in Life and Annuities engagements, providing strategic direction and contributing to solution development.
• Assess client challenges and articulate Genpact’s solution value proposition to maximize benefits for both client and organization.
• Design optimal operating models for clients and collaborate with FP&A teams to develop robust commercial cases.
• Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities, convert them into deals, and support executive presentations for internal and client audiences.
• Create and enhance market-facing collateral, including blogs, white papers, and articles, to strengthen Genpact’s presence in the Life and Annuities segment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform solution offerings and client advisory.
• Mentor and guide teams through complex client engagements, fostering collaboration across functions and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

• Bachelors in Actuarial Science

• Masters in Statistics
