Job Title: Delivery Lead Implementation (US Healthcare)

Location: Sector-136, Noida , UP (Onsite)

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST

Prior Experience: 1-3 years

Salary: 4.5 - 6 LPA

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Delivery Lead who will be responsible for managing and driving the implementation of AI products for our customers in US healthcare domain

The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of AIVA MD solutions for clients.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and CXOs
• Ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and customer success
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and technical teams
• Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the US Healthcare domain is highly preferred.
• Understanding of (a) Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) (b) Insurance Verification (c) Appointment Booking workflows.
• Hands-on experience working with EHR/EMR systems.
• Ability to manage customer-facing delivery operations effectively.

Good to Have:

• Technical background or prior experience working with technology teams.
• Understanding of AI concepts, AI tools, and AI-driven applications.

Eligibility:

• Candidates must be based in Noida or willing to work from the Noida office.
• Comfortable working in evening shift timings aligned with US operations.
