Job Title: Implementation Business Analyst (US Healthcare)

Location: Sector-136, Noida (Onsite/Hybrid)

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Aviara Labs is looking for a highly proactive and execution-driven Implementation Business Analyst to lead the implementation and delivery of AI-powered healthcare solutions for US-based clients.

This role requires strong project ownership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem and be capable of driving successful client onboarding, implementation, and delivery operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of AIVA MD solutions for healthcare clients.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and client expectations effectively.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and CXOs to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive smooth implementation, adoption, and customer success processes.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, operations, and support teams.
• Track project progress, identify risks/blockers, and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct client communication, implementation reviews, status updates, and escalation management.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Maintain implementation documentation, process workflows, and delivery reports.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and client-facing communication abilities.
• Experience managing customer-facing delivery, implementation, or operations projects.
• Good understanding of the US Healthcare ecosystem (Preferred).
• Familiarity with: (a) Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) (b) Insurance Verification workflows (c) Appointment Scheduling/Booking workflows (d) EHR/EMR systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Technical background or prior experience working with technology teams.
• Understanding of AI concepts, AI tools, and AI-driven applications.

ELIGIBILITY

• Candidates must be based in Noida or willing to work from the Noida office.
• Comfortable working in evening shift timings aligned with US operation.
