What You Will Do
The Delivery Lead in FarEye is a technology enthusiast who also understands the business and functional aspects of technology. Should have been part of the technical development/Automation teams in the past. He/she will be a Technical/Non- Technical problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment.
- End to end ownership of the complete program, including- ○ Program definition ○ Program planning ○ Resource planning ○ Program execution
- Will be responsible for making project decisions.
- Drive strategic and tactical decisions which ensures the successful delivery of projects.
- Has worked successfully in a very fast-paced, results-oriented environment, the candidate should be able to take up difficult technical challenges and invent practical sustainable solutions.
- Used data and metrics to drive the right outcome. Developed, implemented, and enforced policies applicable to entire organizations.
- Should be exceptional in stakeholder management for example setting expectations with the customer and the cross functional teams and play a leadership role in achieving organization goals.
- Should be able to translate and own customer requirements in BRD and TSDs and should be able to embrace agility, fend off scope creep, confirm development approaches and timelines, and support the team to build and deliver high quality.
- Has communicated complex issues and concepts verbally and in writing to a wide range of audiences from technical and non-technical executives.
- The candidate must identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations, resolve dependencies, and support the teams. You will be responsible for reporting key metrics for sprint execution, test execution, bugs, issues, risk, etc. to the stakeholder.
What You Will Bring
- 6+ years of relevant work experience as a Project Manager with a technical background (Development background preferred). SaaS experience is preferred.
- Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with agile methodology.
- You are an expert in using project management tools.
- Accountable, can do and get things done attitude, independent and resourceful.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where the goal post is changing constantly.
- Experience prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts, and negotiating timelines are necessary skills.
- Bachelor’ s degree in computer science, engineering, a related technical discipline.
