What's the Job?
- Demonstrate customer interface and relationship skills while performing effectively in the Senior Business Analyst role with cross-functional teams.
- Define high-level application relationships, workflows, and implement business processes, activities, functions, and information systems.
- Create detailed business and system use cases or functional specifications to guide project development.
- Analyze complex situations, anticipate potential issues, assess opportunities, impacts, and risks, and develop strategic plans and solutions.
- Independently develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRD) including project costs, objectives, milestones, and timelines; oversee acceptance testing and contribute to user guides and training.
- Bachelor's degree in B.E./B.Tech/BCA;
- Prior experience working with clients in Retail, CPG, and Logistics industries.
- Knowledge of basic information security protocols, software security in the SDLC lifecycle, and OWASP Top 10 concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
