Unitedworld Institute of Technology (UIT) is dedicated to developing the next generation of leaders in engineering, science, and technology. With a curriculum designed to establish a strong base in engineering fundamentals, students are encouraged to work across disciplines, applying their skills to solve practical problems.

The Dean will be the academic and administrative head of the school, responsible for providing strategic leadership, ensuring academic excellence, driving research and innovation, maintaining industry relevance, managing faculty performance, and achieving student success outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
• First Class Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology.
• First Class Master's Degree in Engineering/Technology in a relevant specialization.
• Consistently good academic record throughout education.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 15–20 years of academic experience in higher education.
• At least 5 years in a senior academic leadership role such as:
• Head of Department
• Associate Dean
• Dean
