Deal Sourcing Partners – Mortgage FTE Projects: CASH $150 + Bonus PER DEAL LOCKED

My Business Processing Team is seeking individuals who can make introductions to US buyer-ready potential clients who need a BPO Vendor for Multi-FTE Mortgage Processing which includes:

Mortgage Application QC & Verification

Assist with completing and submitting accurate loan applications.

Document Verification

Collect and verify all required documents to meet lender and regulatory standards.

Credit Assessment

Review credit scores and history to determine eligibility and loan terms.

Underwriting Support

Support underwriting to ensure loans meet guidelines and approval criteria.

Compliance Review

Ensure all regulatory and legal requirements are satisfied.

Closing Coordination

Manage the closing process to ensure a smooth and timely transaction.

The process is simple: You connect me in a meeting with a buyer who has projects and monthly FTE in regards to the above. You provide the intel (how much they are currently paying or what they are looking to pay). Once the call is complete: $50 USD (one-time). Once the deal locks: an additional $100 USD (one-time). This totals $150.00 USD.

• You MUST have direct access to potential client/decision makers within the Mortgage Industry who know you.
• Industry knowledge and experience with key decision makers is REQUIRED.
• This is a contract (per mission) position
• This is not a Full Time position
• This is not a fixed salary job, but rather an extra opportunity to earn extra cash
• This is best suited for secondary work as a per-lead opportunity
• This is not for cold-calling. This per-mission opportunity is for those with first-hand knowledge and connections.
