Job Description

Primary Title: Data Scientist

Location: India (On-site)

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and validate end-to-end predictive models and ML solutions for business use cases—classification, regression, and time-series forecasting.
Perform feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, and statistical inference to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
Build scalable data pipelines and model training workflows using Python and Spark; ensure reproducibility and versioning.
Deploy and monitor models in production; implement CI/CD and observability for model performance and data drift.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define success metrics and integrate models into applications and dashboards.
Document model design, assumptions, and validation results; present insights and technical recommendations to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

Proven track record building and shipping ML models into production for commercial use cases.

Comfort working on-site with cross-functional teams; excellent ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
