Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions, leveraging modern tools such as LLMs, NLP, and cloud-native services to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various business use cases.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build and optimize NLP pipelines, including prompt engineering and text-based AI applications.
• Work with AWS services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, and S3 for model development, deployment, and scaling.
• Design and maintain data pipelines and ensure seamless model integration into production systems.
• Perform model evaluation, tuning, and optimization to improve performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Software Developers.
• Document processes, models, and workflows for transparency and reproducibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP techniques.
• Expertise in Prompt Engineering and conversational AI systems.
• Solid experience working with AWS cloud services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, S3).
• Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and optimization in production environments.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Vector Databases.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or related roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
