Fast-growing InsurTech start-up building an innovative AI, Machine Learning platform aiming to change the life insurance industry. They are helping insurers to become data-driven and produce insights to inform decision-making and drive new business strategies at the corporate level.

They're growing and looking for a self-motivated individual with strong technical skills to work in a fast-paced environment on our Python Backend Development team. As part of this team, you’ll take an active role in developing AI-based data science platform and get a chance to work with cutting-edge technologies including.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• +3 years professional experience in Machine Learning
• BSc in Computer Science / Mathematics / Statistics / Physics or equivalent (MSc / PhD - advantage)
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Industry experience from inception to production of ML models (such as time series, clustering, regression and classification algorithms)
• Experience in Insurance or Fintech
• Strong skills in data exploration, analysis, and visualization
• Team player, positive attitude, collaborative, good communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, with experience breaking down a large problem into smaller, manageable components
  
  

It Will Also Be Great If You Have

• Experience working with reporting tools such as PowerBi/Tableau
  
  

Your Day-to-day In This Position

• End to end data science cycle: designing, training, implementing, evaluating and monitoring machine learning models
• Customer Churn Model, Forecasting, Segmentation, Classification and Regression
• Collaborate with product managers and customers to understand business needs and build solutions together
• Effectively identify and apply analytics, causal inference, experimentation, and machine learning techniques for given business problems
• Present your research and insights to all levels of the company (English is a must)
