TITLE: AI ML - Data Scientist

LOCATION: Chennai/ Bangalore/ PAN India

Experience: 3 to 8 years

JOB Description:

Builds and deploys vision‑based solutions for industrial inspection, anomaly detection, quality assurance, worker safety, and process automation. Works with both edge vision systems and cloud pipelines for scalable processing.

• Develop image/video pipelines for manufacturing and industrial assets
• Train models for defect detection, OCR, object tracking, and safety compliance
• Integrate CV models into edge devices (cameras, gateways) and cloud platforms
• Work with multi-modal data (thermal, IR, depth, LiDAR)

Develops ML models that leverage time‑series data from sensors, SCADA, IoT devices, and operational systems for predictive maintenance, energy optimization, yield improvement, and process optimization

Designs and fine‑tunes GenAI models to automate industrial workflows such as automated reporting, maintenance procedure generation, conversational interfaces for operators, knowledge extraction from manuals, and synthetic data generation for simulation and training.

Key Focus Areas:

• Build and orchestrate LLM-based agents for plant operations
• Use RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) for interpreting manuals, SOPs, engineering docs
• Generate synthetic sensor or image data to improve model performance
• Create intelligent copilots for maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality teams
• Ensure responsible AI and safety alignment for industrial environments
