Position - Data Scientist

Location - Gurgaon

Experience – 6-9Years

We are seeking a talented and driven Data Scientist with 6-9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills and technical expertise to extract insights from complex data sets, drive data-informed decision-making, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define data requirements and metrics.
Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through visualizations, reports, and presentations.
Conduct experiments and A/B testing to evaluate the impact of changes and inform strategic decisions.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data science and analytics.
Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
6-9 years of experience in a data science role, with a strong portfolio of projects.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Strong understanding of statistical methods and their applications.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases for data extraction and manipulation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) for data storage and processing.
Experience in a specific domain (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce) relevant to our business.
