Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist – Artificial Intelligence with 3+ years of experience to design and build intelligent AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agentic AI frameworks and the ability to develop scalable multi-agent systems for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI solutions using Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Build and manage multi-agent workflows with tool calling and decision orchestration.
• Implement model evaluation techniques, reduce AI hallucinations, and apply guardrails for responsible AI.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable AI-powered applications.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)
• Experience designing multi-agent architectures and workflows
• Expertise in LLM evaluation, hallucination control, and AI guardrails
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and model deployment

Preferred:

• Experience working on AI-powered communication or automation platforms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
