Data Scientist – AI | ML | NLP | GenAI (Internship)

Job description:

We, Mavoix Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (i.e MTS Lab), are looking for a passionate Data Scientist having strong fundamental knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI (GenAI). The selected candidates will get involved in a team to build and deploying cutting-edge solutions that drive meaningful business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML/NLP/GenAI models/Agents for real-world applications.
• Work in product engineering team to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Build data pipelines, preprocessing tools, and model evaluation frameworks.
• Develop and fine-tune LLMs based applications like agents, summarizers, recommendation systems etc.
• Stay up-to-date with the rapid changing AI/GenAI field and integrate advancements where relevant.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Documentation processes and maintain reproducible ML workflows with strong focus in quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• Have done Internship/projects in relevant area in AI/ML, NLP, or GenAI.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
• Strong knowledge in NLP techniques (NER, sentiment analysis, embeddings, transformers).
• Practical knowledge of working with Agents, LLMs (e.g., Gemini, Claude, GPT, LLaMA etc).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or using APIs for GenAI models.
• Solid understanding about Agents, Tools, MCP, Context, Memory, Guardrail etc.
• Must have knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) .
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
